• The service is carried out with our. operator remotely connected by remote assistance and / or by phone
• You can use the service as a credit to scale on the hours purchased.
• The duration of each intervention is counted with rounding up to the next 15 minutes.
• The hours purchased are valid for 1 year and therefore must be used within 12 months following the purchase.
