The offer and sale of Products made on the website www.regola1.it (hereinafter referred to as "Regola1.it website") is governed by these General Conditions of Sale. Any other legal information is available on the website. Purchases can be made only and exclusively by customers who are 18 years of age otherwise the consent of one of the parents or a legal guardian will be required. Purchases are guaranteed while stocks last and will take place in full compliance with the commercial policy of Regola1 S.r.l. that carries out sales both through the so-called business to business and business to consumer modalities.

1. Object

These General Conditions of Sale relate to the sale of Products made online through the e-commerce service on the Regola1.it website.

2. Subjects

These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for Products on the Regola1.it website and do not, however, govern the supply of services or the sale of Products by subjects other than Regola1 that are present on the Regola1.it site through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before submitting orders and purchasing Products and services from subjects other than Regola1 S.r.l., we suggest checking their Conditions of Sale as Regola1 S.r.l. is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than Regola1 S.r.l. and is not responsible for the conclusion of e-commerce operations between the customer and third parties.

3. Contract conclusion procedures and order forms

In order to complete the purchase of one or more Products on the Regola1.it website, the Customer must register himself via the appropriate form. By registering on the site, the General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy are understood to be implicitly accepted.

To proceed with the purchase, the customer must complete the order form in electronic format which, in order to conclude the contract, must be completed by following the relative instructions. The order form contains a summary of the information relating to the essential characteristics of each Product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that can be used to purchase each Product, the methods of delivery of the Products. purchased, the shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased Products. The contract is considered concluded when Regola1 S.r.l. will receive the order confirmation communication electronically; before proceeding with the purchase of the Products, by sending the order form, the Customer must carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and accept the contents. The order form will be archived in our database permanently and in any case in accordance with the law. Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.

4. Fulfillment of orders

Concluded the contract, Regola1 S.r.l. will take charge of the purchase order for its fulfillment and send by e-mail to the Customer the confirmation of the order of the Products purchased containing a summary of the information contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, Information relating to the essential characteristics of the product, detailed indication of the price, the means of payment, the right of withdrawal and the delivery costs).

Regola1 S.r.l. may not process purchase orders in the event of unavailability of the Products or if there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency or in the case of incomplete or incorrect orders.

In these cases, Regola1 S.r.l. will inform the Customer by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that Regola1 S.r.l. did not follow up on the order. In particular, in the case of Products no longer available or Products on sale at the time of the last access to the site or at the time of sending the order form, Regola1 S.r.l. promptly communicate to the customer, and in any case within 30 days from the day following that in which the order was sent, the unavailability of the ordered Products. In cases of non-conclusion of the contract but with the payment of the price Regola1 S.r.l. will reimburse what has already been anticipated by the Customer in terms of art. 12 of these conditions of sale.

5. Warranty of non-compliant Products

The warranty of the Products offered by Regola1 S.r.l. it is equal to 12 months for those who purchase with a VAT number. For those who buy without a VAT number, the warranty is equal to 24 months (in any case, warranty is excluded for certain types of Products such as consumables, for example, tape cartridges, tags, cards, tags). Transport costs for the repair of devices under warranty are at the expense of the customer.

The improper use of the Products, which does not comply with the user manual and the failures / failures caused by installations / repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties are expressly excluded from the warranty. It is understood that the warranty is not valid in the event of damage caused by external events such as, for example, electrical overvoltages, floods, carelessness, tampering, etc.

Any complaints and requests for activation of the warranty however justified, must be received in writing within 8 (eight) days from the receipt of the goods and / or from the discovery of the defect (if hidden).

In order to take advantage of the warranty, the customer must: download the "goods return under warranty" form, complete it and send it to Regola1 s.r.l. by e-mail; Regola1 s.r.l. will verify the correctness of the request and will notify the Customer, by e-mail, of the authorization to return the product under warranty and to send the product.

Warranty will be provided by Regola1 only following the correct execution of the above procedure. The warranty will not be activated on goods received without Regola1 authorization.

6. Quality of Products

On the Regola1.it website, only quality products are offered for sale. Regola1 S.r.l. does not sell used products, irregular or of inferior quality to the corresponding standards offered on the market.

The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the Regola1.it website within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the Products offered for sale on the Regola1.it website may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and the monitor used.

7. Selling prices of the Products

The selling prices of the Products may be subject to updates. The customer must always check the accuracy of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed at the time of registration cannot be accepted by Regola1 S.r.l.

8. Terms of payment

To pay the price of the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs, the customer must use the methods indicated below:

1. Paypal (using your PayPal account )
   • For security reasons, the goods ordered can only be shipped to the address registered on PayPal.
   • The currency of the Regola1.it website is the Euro; for countries that do not join the euro the exchange rate depends on the credit card.
   • The payment of the price of the Products and the related shipping and accessory costs is made online. Regola1 S.r.l. has chosen to use PayPal for electronic payments in order to guarantee the customer maximum protection in electronic transactions, guaranteeing maximum payment security.
   • Customer information will eventually be used by Regola1 s.r.l. only and exclusively to complete the procedures relating to the purchase and to issue the relative refunds in the event of any return of the Products following exercise of the right of withdrawal or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report to the judicial police forces the implementation of sources of fraud on the Regola1.it website.
   • The price for the purchase of the Products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to the credit provided at the time the order is sent.
2. Credit Card, through PayPal system (without registration obligation)
   • Credit cards accepted by the PayPal system.

3. Bank transfer in advance

9. Shipping and delivery of the Products

Regola1 S.r.l. sends orders by courier "TNT TRACO".

The goods sent by Regola1 S.r.l. travel insured. If the package upon arrival at the destination is tampered with, damaged or dented in any way, the Customer is required to accept it with reserve, in order to take advantage of the insurance. If he accepts the parcel with reserve, the Customer is required to specify in writing, on the courier's delivery note, the reason for accepting the parcel with reserve. If the customer accepts the package without specifying the reserve, the customer will not be able to take advantage of any refund in case of damage to the materials inside. Regola1 S.r.l. cannot be held liable in the event of damage caused by the courier as acceptance without reservation, in fact, is an implicit declaration that the package does not present any type of problem.

A subscription will be required for the delivery of the goods that the carrier will undertake to make (only and exclusively on the street level). Shipments are made from Monday to Friday in the 9:00 - 16:00 time slot. The tracking number of the shipment will be visible in the personal account on the Regola1.it website after sending the goods. Shipping costs include insurance and packaging.

10. Duties and VAT

If the destination is outside the territory of the European Union (extra EU), the offices in charge of the destination country will be able to ask for any import duties. The amount of duties will depend on the country of destination and the value of the goods purchased.

For all shipments outside the European Union (extra EU), customs duties are paid by the buyer also in relation to exchanges and returns. If the shipment is to the territory of the European Union, payment of taxes will not be required. Orders processed outside the territory of the European Union (extra EU) are exempt from Italian value added tax (VAT) but are subject to local duties. Regola1 S.r.l. is not able to quantify any taxes or duties, therefore it will be necessary to request information from customs.

In case of refusal of the order at the time of delivery or at the time of payment of any taxes or duties, the package could be returned to Regola1 s.r.l. ; in such cases, the cost of the duties will be charged to the customer in addition to the transport costs, these amounts will be deducted from the refunded value.

The storage of the goods in the courier stores due to the non-receipt of the goods by the Customer will be borne by the buyer.

11. Right of withdrawal and conditions for its exercise / Returns - Product replacement

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract concluded with Regola1 S.r.l., without any penalty, within eight (8) days of receipt of the Products purchased on the Regola1.it website.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, there is the right of return of the goods purchased and received in the event of shipping errors by Regola1 S.r.l. and / or in the case of products that do not comply with the guaranteed quality.

If the customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, Regola1 S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and / or qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged or even slightly used.

The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly only if the following conditions are fully met: filling in and sending the "withdrawal / return report form"; sending by e-mail by Regola1 s.r.l. of authorization to return the goods "return number"; sending to Regola1 s.r.l. e-mail with request to return the goods already prepared for shipment.

The right of withdrawal is correctly exercised only following the below procedure.

he return report form must be correctly completed and sent to Regola1 S.r.l. within 8 days of receipt of the Products, indicating the reasons for the withdrawal. The Products can be returned by shipping the package through the couriers indicated by Regola1 S.r.l. (TNT TRACO).

If the customer intends to make a change of article, the cost of transport, in all cases, is borne by the customer; in this case, a payment request via PayPal will be used to the Customer's account. Once payment has been made, Regola1 S.r.l. will forward the withdrawal request using only its own courier to the Customer's address.

Returned Products must be delivered to the courier within eight (8) days from the date of receipt of the return acceptance e-mail and must be sent to Regola1 S.r.l. in one shipment. Regola1 S.r.l., in fact, reserves the right not to accept garments from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.

In order to be able to refund the price both in the event of withdrawal and in the event of replacement, the returned Products must not have been used or damaged and must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging to prevent damage during transport, complete with labels originals, instructions for use, warranty booklet and any other tags and wrappers. Refund of the assistance service with operator is expressly excluded. In cases of receipt of products in different conditions Regola1 s.r.l. reserves the right not to proceed with the refund of the price.

12. Express termination clause

Regola1 S.r.l. and the Customer agreesthat this Agreement may be terminated by Regola1 Srl, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, by means of a communication to be sent to the Customer via e-mail, in the event that the latter defaults to one of the following obligations:

1) Customer omits or delays the due payments;

2) Customer delays or fails to take delivery of the Products, as established pursuant to article 9 of this Agreement.

13. Refund times and methods

Once Regola1 S.r.l. will have received the return and checked that all the requirements (referred to in point 11) have been respected, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance / payment / replacement of the return. Regola1 S.r.l. will refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the Products, net of shipping costs and any customs duties for the delivery of the purchased Products.

Once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified, the sums will be reimbursed as quickly as possible and, in any case, Regola1 S.r.l. will proceed to activate the refund procedures within forty-five (45) days from the date on which Regola1 S.r.l. received the return of the purchased Product.

If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal have not been respected, as specified in this paragraph and in paragraph 11, there will be no right to reimbursement of the sums already paid to Regola1 S.r.l .; however, the Products may be obtained, at their own expense, in the state in which they were returned to Regola1 S.r.l.

Otherwise, Regola1 S.r.l. may retain the Products, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase. Once three months have passed since the operation, the goods will be destroyed or in any case destined for disposal in the place where the goods are made available for possible collection.

In any case, even if there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be performed by Regola1 Srl towards those who made the payment.

The shipping costs for returning / resending and / or changing the article / size of the Products will always be borne by the Customer, including liability in case of loss or damage to the Products.

In case of return due to manufacturing defect it will be necessary to send a photo to Regola1 S.r.l. which proves the defect; once the defect has been verified, the shipping costs will be borne by Regola1 S.r.l. only if our reference couriers (TNT TRACO) are used for this purpose.

The actual time for re-crediting or returning the amounts paid for the purchase of the Products depends on the payment methods used.

If the purchase was made through PayPal, the refund will be made to the PayPal account and will be immediately visible from the moment Regola1 S.r.l. will accept the return; the actual refund on the credit card from the PayPal account will normally take place within 30 days.

In the event that it is a gift, the refund of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment. If the payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made by crediting the amount to the bank account indicated by the Customer.

14. Privacy

All information relating to the processing of personal data can be obtained by accessing the dedicated Privacy section which also contains important information relating to the security systems adopted. It is mandatory, at the time of registration, to have accepted the conditions relating to the processing of personal data.

15. Any changes and updates

Regola1 S.r.l. may make changes or amendments to these General Conditions of Sale at any time. These changes will be communicated to the Customer by sending an e-mail. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the Regola1.it website.

Regular access to the Regola1.it site ensures an update on recent changes.

16. Customer Support and Contacts

The Customer acknowledges, accepts and gives his consent to the fact that all communications, notifications, attestations, information, reports and in any case any documentation on the operations performed, referring to the purchase of the Products, will be sent to the email address indicated at time of registration on the website.

17. Applicable law

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted on the basis of it. The interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.

18. Jurisdiction

Any disputes should arise in connection with the interpretation, execution or resolution of these General Conditions of Sale will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna (Italy).

19. Acceptance of Vexatory clauses.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 1341 and 1342 c.c. with the conclusion of the sales contract, the customer expressly accepts the content of the following clauses: 3, 5, 11, 12, 13, 17 and 18.
